Logistics Units: The value-based points earned through our services. Clients earn 1 Logistics Unit for every $1 spent on transport solutions.

Freight Quotation: A comprehensive pricing estimate for the transportation of cargo, bulky goods, or oversized items.

Authorized Freight Carrier: Our status as a professional logistics partner committed to being honest, efficient, and professional.

Bulky & Oversized Shipments: Specialized cargo that requires the precision and care of a dedicated cargo van delivery service.

Service Area: We serve the greater Gardena area and beyond, providing seamless logistics for both residential and commercial clients.

No Solicitation Policy: To keep our lines open for active cargo shipments, we do not engage with unsolicited marketing or financial inquiries.

Logistics Unit Intake Log: Our permanent internal record used to track and manage logistics operations and unit data.

1. The Carrier Structure

Membership within our Preferred Carrier Network is organized into a three-tiered hierarchy. Advancement is determined by the total accumulation of Logistics Units within a calendar year:

Logistics Delegate: The baseline entry classification for all newly registered commercial partners.

Global Strategist: Achieved upon securing 1,500 Logistics Units. This tier indicates a proven track record of consistent freight volume.

Fleet Commander: Our highest echelon of partnership, reserved for enterprise clients who have surpassed 3,000 Logistics Units. This rank grants maximum logistics leverage.

2. Accumulation of Logistics Units

Logistics Units represent the internal asset value of your partnership with Across Town Transport LLC. Units are awarded based on the net subtotal of paid freight invoices at the following rates:

Logistics Delegates: Earn 1 Unit per $1 USD.

Global Strategists: Earn 2 Units per $1 USD.

Fleet Commanders: Earn 3 Units per $1 USD.

3. Redemption and Rebate Protocols

Purpose: Logistics Units are used solely as freight rebates within the Across Town Transport ecosystem and carry no independent cash value.

Minimum Redemption: Per our standard operating procedure, the current minimum redemption threshold is 450 Logistics Units.

Application: Redeemed Units are applied as a credit against future transport invoices and cannot be applied to past-due balances.

Tracking: All balances are recorded and verified within the Logistics Unit Intake Log

4. Network Integrity & Compliance

No Solicitation: To maintain network efficiency, we strictly enforce a No Solicitation Policy regarding marketing and unverified software.

Auditing: Across Town Transport LLC reserves the right to audit and adjust Logistics Unit balances in cases of invoice cancellations or logistics discrepancies.

Non-Transferable: Membership in the Carrier Structure is tied to the registered enterprise account and is non-transferable.
