Cancellation Policy

To ensure optimal operational efficiency, any service cancellation occurring after Scheduling but prior to Dispatch will be subject to a Standard Cancellation Fee. Upon Dispatch of a shipment or the arrival of a Logistics Unit at the designated pick-up location, all associated service fees become non-refundable and non-transferable. For urgent requests within the 24-hour window, please contact a Logistics Delegate directly to check for immediate Fleet availability.
